Residing in a large building that is 18,000 square feet, Arizona Culinary Institute is situated conveniently in Scottsdale. They have five expertly designed kitchens encompassing a Front Line Kitchen, Saucier Kitchen, Bakery, Advanced Baking and Showpiece Kitchen, and a committed Basic Culinary Arts Kitchen. Students have the opportunity to participate and manage du Jour restaurant, which is an invaluable resource for students at ACI. To enhance the learning experience even more, the institute has a vast library, three classrooms/demonstration rooms, and a relaxing indoor/outdoor student break time area. 

 

ACI's kitchens have been specifically created and amply equipped with the best professional equipment, given by top manufacturers like Winston, Baxter, Hobart, U.S. Range, Rondo, Epco, Cleveland, and even Rubbermaid. Their kitchens are designed to provide learners with first-hand experience in safe, state-of-the-art surroundings.
