Formerly known as the Florida Culinary Institute, Lincoln Culinary Institute is known as a top ranking U.S. culinary arts school. In their gorgeous SouthFlorida location, students get their education by working side-by-side with professional chefs and food service managers, and this holds true for industry coursework and in the production kitchens. Not only are Lincoln Culinary students exposed to theory during their training and learning experience, but hands-on experience is emphasized, as this provides students with the best chances for finding jobs once they graduate.
Culinary Arts

You will learn the secrets and skills involved in preparing the world's most delicious foods as you work individually and hands-on with experienced, seasoned culinary professionals with experience in the industry. You will learn French, Asian, Mediterranean, Latin, and American cooking, as well as professional baking and pastry techniques, in culinary laboratories outfitted with industry-standard equipment and tools.

International Baking & Pastry
In the International Baking & Pastry Program, baking theory and practical experiences are offered that are crucial to success in the field of food service. Laboratory activities are a significant part of all courses, and students receive a great deal of hands-on practical experience in professionally equipped culinary laboratories.
Food & Beverage Management
This program encompasses a vast mixture of food and beverage concepts as well as common experiences required to be profitable in the food and service business. All courses focus on activities that involve periods of hands-on practical experience in culinary laboratories that feature professional equipment. The Educational Institute of the National Restaurant Association is a partner in education with the Food and Beverage Management Program.
Culinary Management
Currently offered at the West Palm Beach Florida Culinary Institute location, Culinary Management is a 36-month Bachelor of Science program. Hotels, resorts, spas, restaurants, hospitals, cruise lines, or caterers will be hiring these students after they complete the program because they will be ready to work in the food industry. The laboratory for this program is found in this diverse South Florida hotel, restaurant, and resort economy. In the metropolitan neighborhood of Palm Beach, core subjects are discussed, defined, and identified in the classroom, and are then explored and examined. While comfortably ensconced at the Florida Culinary Institute, the students can take advantage of this center for the food service and tourism industries, which provides them with as much access as they want to the "Real World."
