There is a variety of programs to choose from through the International College of Hospitality and Management program that are focused in areas of culinary and hospitality fields that meet your interests. They offer a 3-month program that focuses on Events Management that will get you ready to accept entry-level positions in resort and recreation marketing and convention planning. The Certificate in Hospitality Management program is comprised of one year of study followed by a paid internship of 800 hours. You may also select one of two Associate of Science degree programs, with a focus in Culinary Arts Management or Hospitality Management.
