Northwestern University

The private institution called Northwestern University was established back in 1851.

Northwestern is composed of campuses at three different locations. Lake Michigan is home to two of the campuses, while Doha, Qatar houses the third. 17,000 students are served by a sum of ten colleges. Ten students and two teachers comprised the first classes after the original building was completed in 1855.

At this time, an online Master's degree in Medical Informatics is available at Northwestern University. Partnering with the Feinberg School of Medicine, the School of Continuing Education's faculty teaches the Master's of Science degree.
