Walden University has accreditation, and has been around for about 40 years with over 60,000 graduates. There are many areas like counseling, education, engineering, health sciences, management, nursing, psychology, public health administration, and technology that you can obtain a bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree in. Accredited by The Higher Learning Commission, the university was founded in 1970.

The center offers help with planning your career, employment searching, creating a resume, looking for job offers, how to go on a interview, and other help. Whether the student is looking for their first job or want to change their job or career, Walden's career counseling can help.

Among the additional services available to pupils is a web library. The online library hasnumerous books and magazines, e-books, technical writings, reference manuals, as well as a lot of other information. Whether by phone, email or IM, the online librarian is ready to help students. Students who study online can also avail themselves of a writing center that is full service, advisement academically, and tutoring.
